The corrugated cardboard tray with a SUPD-compliant and food-safe barrier coating is used for frozen biscuits in the B2B catering sector. The coating is made from renewable raw materials and the tray can be recycled in the wastepaper cycle. Siliconised greaseproof paper and a double-sided PE coating are now superfluous. These were previously used to prevent the tray from becoming greasy.
