In this panel, we will share insights from our pilot project: What requirements arise regarding materials, design, and supply chain? How are retailers and consumers responding? And what steps are needed to move from the pilot phase to large-scale implementation? Together, we will discuss how reusable systems can be implemented sustainably and economically in the cosmetics industry.

We bring together multiple perspectives: reo, providing the digital return and tracking platform; Kneipp’s packaging development in collaboration with the packaging studio PSL; and Eternity Systems, a specialized cleaning service provider. Together, we will highlight the technical, logistical, and user-related challenges that must be addressed—and which solutions are already proving successful in practice.
