Our customer, a leading service provider in the field of full-service packaging for cosmetic products, was looking for a solution for color printing on shelf packaging.

The aim was to move away from purchasing pre-printed packaging and reduce the number of packaging formats.

Printing should be done inline at the end of the packaging line after the boxes have been assembled.

In August 2021, IBL installed a CMYK-UV printing system from our supplier Topjet with a print height of 54 mm.

The fourth printing system was installed at the beginning of 2024.

The investments quickly paid off thanks to the optimization of the processes and the associated cost savings.
