Component 1: Cardboard

As the base material, we use cardboard with a thickness of 1–2 mm. It is die-cut, set up, and stapled together at the corners.

Component 2: Cover Paper

The cover paper determines the appearance of the slip lid boxes. It is die-cut and applied to the cardboard with special adhesive. The edges are folded in.

The cover paper can be printed and refined in many ways, e.g., with hot foil stamping, film lamination, screen printing finishes, embossing and debossing, and much more.
