Jessberger Small Filling Station – Precision Made Easy
The Jessberger Small Filling Station is a compact and user-friendly solution for accurately filling thin to lightly viscous media from barrels or IBCs into canisters of 10, 15, or 25 liters. It is optimally designed for Jessberger barrel pumps but is also compatible with pumps from other manufacturers.
All media-contacting parts – such as the filling tube and sensors – are made of high-quality V4A stainless steel, ensuring chemical resistance and durability. The integrated scale (0–30 kg, accuracy ±20 g) ensures precise dosing. Desired filling quantities can be preset on the control unit, and container weights and filling tolerances can also be considered.
