SMOX - smart logistics - Simple solutions save a lot of money

SMOX - smart logistics: the name says it all for this start-up and its products. The space-saving SMOX® containers are an innovation in empty container logistics. No erecting or folding necessary, empty SMOX® containers are simply turned “upside down” and can therefore be stored and transported in a very space-saving manner. They offer enormous savings potential in terms of the costs incurred in company logistics. Three out of four empty container transports can be saved. Only around 25% of the space is required to store empty containers compared to rigid containers. The innovative SMOLLEY® transport system basically consists of a combination of transport rollers and infinitely adjustable telescopic rods. The telescopic poles are attached to the corresponding devices on the trolleys and to the top container of the container stack. One stack of crates is loaded per trolley. Typically, two trolleys are connected with two telescopic rods to form a flexible transport unit. If required, more than 2 trolleys can also be connected. For example, 2, 3 or 4 trolleys can then be combined and loaded and unloaded in a time-saving manner. The loading capacity of transport vehicles can be increased by up to 25 % thanks to the smaller space requirement compared to mesh trolleys. European patents have been granted for both innovative and highly sustainable solutions. These solutions will be presented to a broad audience at Fachpack 2025.
