Founded in 1955 and based in the Haute-Loire region in France, The Barbier group is a family group. It’s the number one leader on the French market (and fifth in Europe) for flexible packaging with around 700 employees and a 2023 turnover of €330 million of which more than 35% in exports.

We transform 170,000 tonnes of flexible packaging per year on more than 100 extrusion lines across five locations, including 30,000 tonnes as part of our integrated recycling activity entirely dedicated to our own production and 140,000 tonnes into new film.
