Founded in 1879, Marzek Etiketten+Packaging is a traditional family business that produces labels and sales-promoting packaging for thousands of small businesses and wineries as well as large international industrial customers throughout Europe at its headquarters in Traiskirchen/Austria and three other European plants, with over 750 employees.

The range of services covers the entire spectrum from highly refined speciality labels in hybrid and offset digital printing processes with precision laser post-processing for food, beverages, spirits and industry to standard industrial labels. In addition to special eco solutions, sheet and roll labels, particular growth areas include flexible packaging, folding cartons and high-quality fine cardboard packaging. The labelling technology team also contributes its expertise in application technology for individually tailored labelling and dispensing systems, industrial thermal transfer printers and networked system integration. With Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Marzek Etiketten+Packaging offers its customers a sophisticated logistics tool with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) to optimise performance in the supply chain.

The state-of-the-art online database for graphic print data enables a powerful packaging management system with the latest technology in prepress to clearly map all processes from design to production in real time. This supports the next step towards networked Industry 4.0 and brings productivity benefits for both customers and the company itself.
