CASONE S.P.A.

It was back in 1973 when the Adami Brothers founded Casone SpA on the ground named “I Casoni” in Noceto in the province of Parma.

Since then, Casone manufactures and trades more than 90 different buckets for containing chemicals products (such as putties, varnishes, paints, inks, colouring pastes, enamels, vinyl adhesives, epoxy resins, industrial coatings…), foodstaff, pharmaceutical products and comsetics.

The company has never stopped growing in the name of innovation, research, and development. In the 1980s some prestigious awards such as the Italian Oscar for Packaging and “Eurostar” the European Oscar for packaging reward the company for its innovative capacity.

In 1990s the production area was extended by 23.000m², along with the diversification of our business markets.

The new millennium introduced important technological and organizational innovations: such as the transition to electrical machinery, a new test laboratory with specific equipment’s for quality control inspections, a wide semiautomatic warehouse, extension of the production lines and new moulds.

Today Casone is successfully managed by the first and second generation, has 53 electric injection moulding machines, 140 staff members, more than 90 different packaging and exports in the main European and international markets.

CONTAINERS

The buckets are suitable to be filled with chemical, food, pharmaceuticals products and hospital waste. As examples, our containers are ideal to pack: inks, paints, varnishes, glues, plasters, dental pastes, chlorine tablets, epoxy resins, olives, sauces, creams, oils, pharmaceutical raw materials…

The product range offers over 100 packaging from 0,125lt up to 60lt. capacity; in conical, rectangular, cylindrical and oval shape.

The buckets are made of first choice Polypropylene, suitable for contact with food.

With a view to circular-economy, we can offer our packaging made from recycled plastic (PCR and PIR)

Buckets and lids are 100% recycling-friendly.

Casone wants to meet the market’s needs, therefore you will find in our product range: UN/ADR approved pails, buckets for bi-component products and medical waste

The long experience gathered during 50 years of activity ensures Casone to realize customized projects. Casone D & R team closely cooperates with external planners and selected mold manufacturers, that enable us to fulfill our customer requirements.
