To access your personal exhibitor area, you will receive your login data by e-mail after registering as a new exhibitor. The login data are personalized for data protection reasons. After the first registration you will therefore be asked to change the password.
If you were an exhibitor at the previous FACHPACK, you already have a personalized login, which is still valid.
We will also send you your customer number as part of the stand space confirmation. When logging in to the exhibitor area, you can generate or request a new password at any time by clicking on the “Request password” button.
You will find your stand number and the hall plan in the stand confirmation that you will receive by e-mail from September 2026.
You will receive the invoice for your stand space at FACHPACK after the stand space confirmation (sent from September 2026 onwards) by e-mail from the e-mail address fachpack-invoice@nuernbergmesse.de. Please note that the stand area as well as the obligatory services (including marketing services, AUMA fee, waste disposal service) will be invoiced via NürnbergMesse GmbH.
Other services such as complete rental stands, electricity, parking tickets will be invoiced by NürnbergMesse GmbH or the relevant service partners of NürnbergMesse. You will receive separate invoices for these if necessary. If you are not sure whether an invoice sender is a ServicePartner of NürnbergMesse, please contact us.

Dismantling
Do you require early setup or extended dismantling? You are welcome to inquire about availability and book early setup or extended dismantling for a fee, if necessary.
Access to the halls during set-up and dismantling is only possible with special passes. These are not valid for the duration of the event.
The exhibitor undertakes to adhere to the specified times, in particular to clear their stand area completely by midnight on Monday, September 27, 2027, at the latest. Should the exhibitor fail to comply with this obligation and this results in a conflict with the setup of the subsequent event, the exhibitor shall be obliged to bear all costs incurred as a result. This applies in particular to claims for damages against the organizer.

Be the focus of trade visitors—before, during, and after the trade fair. Book the marketing packages and exclusive marketing services you want in the online Exhibitor Shop in the Exhibitor Area. This will be activated for you when your stand space confirmation is sent.
Get your online profile ready (again)! Optimize the information about your company and your products/services and attract more visitors. Use our self-service tool in the personal exhibitor area to edit and update the content of your online profile yourself at any time.

Use your free voucher codes to invite your customers. You will receive your personal code in the advertising material/marketing mailing by email. You can use this code on your website, in your email signature, or in newsletters, for example.
You can generate and send one-time voucher codes in our TicketCenter. All codes are free of charge for you and your customers.
The TicketCenter also allows you to use the monitoring function to see who you have already sent codes to and whether they have already been redeemed. This gives you an ideal overview of your invitation management.

You can also use the inclusive marketing services to promote your participation in the trade fair. Here you will find banners, logos, and social media assets that you can use free of charge.
Suspension points, power connection, compressed air, water connection, stand construction and shipping, work platforms, security, cleaning, hostesses, catering, Wi-Fi, stand parties, etc. You can book all services for a successful FACHPACK in our online exhibitor shop. This will be activated for you when your stand space confirmation is sent. Please also note the deadlines for orders listed in the shop!

To ensure smooth set-up and dismantling, it is mandatory to book a time slot via our digital logistics system TransITfair. Only registered vehicles with a confirmed slot will be granted access to the exhibition centre.
As soon as the logistics guide is available, you can plan your delivery easily and conveniently online.
Please note: No entry is possible without a booked slot.

Carefully read through the latest important information before the trade fair to ensure that everything runs smoothly during setup,
during the event, and during dismantling, and pass it on to your stand builders responsible for setup and dismantling, as well as to the persons responsible and present during the trade fair.
