Design I Print I Cut - ERPA Systeme GmbH has been offering end-to-end software and system solutions for the digital production of a huge range of packaging solutions for more than 40 years.

With ERPA, you receive the entire workflow for professional packaging development from one single source: from the construction with the 3D CAD/CAM software VPack® to digital printing on UV flatbed printers with the latest LED technology from Canon and the Durst Group, to finish on most modern cutting systems from ZÜND.

ERPA provides all the software and hardware needed to realise an individual, company-specific workflow. This makes ERPA Germany's leading provider of end-to-end solutions for prototype and small batch production.

ERPA offers a wide range of products specifically for the packaging industry and diemaking. This includes the in-house developed 2D CAD/CAM solution VERPAK, the 3D CAD/CAM software VPack® for innovative packaging development and visualisation of packaging samples as well as palOPTI® software for storage space optimisation / pallet optimisation.

The ERPA VKalk 3D-Web Server also enables connections to ERP systems and to company-specific packaging web shop (with customised packaging geometries). This was implemented in the "Smart Shop" of our partner Durst Software Development.

In the hardware sector, ERPA is a long-standing OEM-partner of the market leader ZÜND with the largest volume of ZÜND cutting systems in the German printing and packaging industry.

ERPA is also a sales partner for Canon's Arizona and Colorado digital printing machines and for the Durst Group's Vanguard VK300D-HVT, which was specially developed for corrugated board printing.

ERPA customers get highly qualified direct service and support by telephone, remote maintenance or on site. Customised training courses are available.

In addition to our in-house training rooms, the ERPA-Showroom offers space for presentations of the CAD solutions and is equipped with high-performance cutters from ZÜND and a UV flatbed digital printer from Canon.

ERPA has an online shop where you can find an extensive assortment of accessories for cutters and digital printers. In addition to knives and milling cutters needed on a daily basis, the online shop offers a large selection of tools, replacement and exchange parts as well as cutting and milling underlays. The ERPA online shop offers lucrative discounts and promotions, such as an annual discount.
