B-PAC™ Significantly Reduces the Total Cost of Baghouse Ownership, for pulse-jet filters it integrates cleaning control (control of solenoids and diaphragms) with measurement and analysis of differential pressure, particulate, header pressure, pulse counts, and running hours to Optimize Filter Performance. Airflow, fan amps, temperature, level, and other inputs and control functions (dampers, VFDs, airlocks, etc.) can be added for further enhancements.

INSIGHT is a Cloud Based reporting package which provides a suite of user-configurable Dashboards to allow the secure remote observation of plant performance and Instrumentation functionality.

The PM1 Range of particle monitors provides a reliable, cost-effective way of monitoring the performance of dust abatement systems including Baghouses, Cartridge Filters, and Cyclones.

Utilizing DynaCHARGE^TM our unique non-contact, charge induction technology these instruments monitor dust at a specific AC Frequency allowing for the dynamic monitoring of in-stack particulate even when using fully insulated Coated and Layered probes in applications with damp or sticky dust such as those typically found in processes such as drying.

With minimal maintenance requirements and a low cost of ownership these instruments have become class leaders for monitoring both compliance (including US EPA MACT) and powder process applications.

The 3600QAL1 is a single point approved (TUV) particulate monitor suitable for use in applications requiring compliance to European and USA EPA requirements. Certified to meet EN14181 standards and US MACT rules, the 3600QAL1 is successfully used in applications including Combustion, Incineration, Metals, Minerals, and many other Industrial processes, typically after   dust collector Baghouses and Cartridge Filters.    

• Certified range of 0-15 mg/m³ , measuring range 0-1,000 mg/m3
• Utilises Auburn FilterSense unique DuoCharge™ Induction technology which unaffected by contamination of the sensing rod which may cause signal drift in other charge transfer technologies.
