Drum tipper suitable for clean rooms

BOLZ INTEC has developed a drum tipper suitable for cleanrooms in accordance with EHEDG, especially with regard to employee protection and maximum safety for transporting drums. The drum tipper simplifies the residual emptying of the drum of flowable materials many times over.

The device offers an optimal standing of the barrel without any additional fastening. The load capacity of the tipper is 100 kg. Barrels up to a dimension of V400 / D710 can be transported. It is no problem for this tipper to overcome small uneven floors, slopes, gradients and landings. Manufactured in hygienic design, the drum tipper can be used in clean rooms. Cleaning the drums is very easy and is done by tilting the device.

Further advantages are: no additional conveyor vehicle is necessary, very stable due to 3 mm stainless steel tube made of 1.430. Optional: electrically conductive rollers, electroplated.

Tight head drums are used where liquids and hazardous substances have to be stored safely. The smoothly finished interior of the drum, the curved base and the arrangement of the closures also ensure residue-free emptying. All Tight head drums have UN approval for the transport of hazardous goods by road and are also suitable for the cleanroom.

BOLZ INTEC lidded drums are made of stainless steel and offer a very high level of protection. and are available in two different designs. There are several versions. Bottom and lid are deep-drawn, shell and bottom are TIG-welded. Reusable clamping ring lids with inserted round cord seal ensure easy closing.

The proven patent from New Zealand, now also for drums. The drum offers maximum safety: no product leakage, dust-tight, visibility of product flow, adhesion behavior as well as fill level control during operation.  Up to 60% less weight compared to previous stainless steel solutions, as well as safe and quick installation. Made of stainless steel EHEDG certified, GMP standard, ATEX certified and food compliant according to EU regulation 2011.

Pressure vessels are the optimal transport medium for processing sensitive powders or liquids in the pharmaceutical industry. Pressure vessels are made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4404/AISI316L or special materials such as Hastelloy 2.4602/C22, which can be designed for an operating pressure of -1/+12 bar. In addition to the standard diameters of 234 mm, 395 mm and 560 mm, the vessels are also designed according to individual customer requirements and manufactured in compliance with the current Pressure Equipment Directive and the GMP--standard.  Depending on the area of application, various accessories such as CIP spray heads, sampling lances or safety valves are available. The distinctive and high-quality surface finish is achieved by electropolishing and passivation.
