PACO’s experience together with their high level of vertical integration in development and production ensure that they always provide a professional solution whatever the customer demands. Starting with the development of test samples through the processing of small batches to industrial scale production. Even a one-off is well within our repertoire.

The PACO  “single source“ concept applies to everything from specifically developed filter elements to complete filtering and separating plants including all system elements.

PACO MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES

The high standard of quality of PACO metal wire cloths can only be maintained if particularly high quality production methods are used. That is why PACO puts so much trust in its own mechanical engineering team. Over 300 looms in PACO’s various plants have been designed and built by PACO’s own mechanical engineers and technicians. This team has also developed and produced automated welding machines, cutting tools, handling systems and quality control equipment that exactly suit the requirements of a specific PACO application. In many cases, it was PACO’s own mechanical engineers that have redefined the boundaries of metal wire weaving and the cloths that are produced – and consequently set new standards for the complete market.
