QualiReader-PI print and inspection systems are integral complete solutions for flexible labeling, coding, personalization, serialization, checking and data processing of flat products such as cards, labels, booklets, folding boxes and packaging. The systems are particularly suitable for “Late Stage Customizing” of products.

QualiReader-I are inspection systems like QualiReader-PI without controlling printers or labeling systems.
Software module PrintControl checks the quality of the print, guarantees the completeness of the printed information and enables plain text, code and print control.

The Track & Trace software module combines secure database management, coding systems, code reading systems and automation. Complete monitoring and traceability is ensured.
The QualiReader-PI test solution with integrated article / order management is used for full-area print inspection including balancing of serialized data. The system can be integrated into existing systems or on OEM machines thanks to versatile interfaces.

High-resolution matrix or line cameras allow the complete and precise inspection of fixed, variable and serialized data as well as artwork. Applications as shown in the picture can be implemented in this way:

• Country-specific imprints (international characters) for correct content, print quality, position and compliance with the order
