OM-Klebetechnik creates labels for almost every application and industry. But not all labels are the same. Depending on the area of application - for example in metal, machine and plant construction, in medical and electrical engineering, in logistics or in the chemical industry - very different requirements have to be met. That's why, when developing solutions, we rely on many years of practical experience and a versatile range of products to tailor product properties to specific customer requirements: Which adhesive properties and resistances are required? Overview of our raw materials

As 3M Preferred Converters, we refine the following labelling solutions into individual labels with the help of die-cutting, laser cutting, printing - and a lot of know-how:

Universal films

• For numerous indoor and outdoor applications
• Strong adhesion to many low- and high-energy substrates: e.g. various plastics, rough and porous surfaces, hammer-blow or powder coatings, slightly oily substrates
• Resistant even under adverse conditions
• Suitable for bonding curves and edges
• Ideal for applying a wide variety of labels to durable products

Special films

• For applications requiring exceptional load tolerances
• High abrasion resistance
• Resistant to extreme temperature fluctuations and temperatures up to 300 °C
• Resistant even to permanent exposure to chemicals and solvents
• Frequently used in the printed circuit board, steel and automotive industries - for the application on outgassing substrates, for the labelling of building materials, load carriers and containers (e.g. EPP, IBC), for safety signs with documentary character as well as for barcode-controlled processes

Security foil

• Transfer attempts are clearly identifiable because the sign destroys itself
• Aggressive special adhesive with high initial adhesion
• Good adhesion even on low-energy substrates
• Can be inscribed with thermal transfer printing
• Especially for applications with high security requirements, e.g. closure seals, warranty labels, cartons and packaging, value and test marks, performance labels requiring documents

Removable films and papers

• Adheres to almost any surface
• Repositionable and removable without residue
• Reliable permanent marking if required
• Ideal for temporary labelling of transport containers as well as before, during and after production, logistics or cleaning processes

Laminate films

• Permanently protect printed labels
• Exceptional design effects in combination with laminates
• Resistant to UV light and ageing
• Protection against mechanical abrasion and chemicals
• For identifying signs exposed to UV light, abrasion and aggressive chemicals
