The use of robots is now standard for numerous automation tasks. A robot-based UNIROB palletizing system can also complete a UNIROB packaging line. This packaging process can be carried out at different levels of automation and ranges from semi-automatic compact to multi-station and central palletizing.
When it comes to palletizing, absolute accuracy is essential to ensure safe transport of your products. Therefore, a detailed layout of your system is created in advance. We offer you individual palletizing solutions for different carton sizes and packing patterns. With an intelligent process control, the carton dimensions and weights are automatically transmitted to your merchandise management system. This allows you to view and control all data from your palletizing system at any time.
Depending on customer requirements, other components such as a depalletizer, pallet stretcher, layer pad magazine, transport sections, camera monitoring, labeller, laser or inkjet coder and other modules can be integrated into the UNIROB palletizing system
