The foam bag making and foam sheet cutting machine was designed to transform coils of flexible packaging material into various foam sheet formats and bags to different sizes. Completely automatic control inspection system allows easy use of the foam slitting machine . One good experienced worker can manage two sheet slitting machines together.

Foam cutting machine is designed to cut corner protectors from backer rod profiles of different diameters during off-line operation. It was developed to significantly increase the productivity of companies supplying PE foam corner protectors. It's automatic operation requires minimum workforce, one operator may handle profiles inserting into the foam cutting machine, controlling the profile cutting machine via touch-screen panel and replacing boxes with products.

The unit is used for production of pre-cut PE foam square profiles that can be easily torn off the profile. The final pre-cut profile is ready for lamination of strip. With hot melt glue on profile’s surface in a second stage.
