For wrapping butter and pasty-like products

Due to the innovative folding concept, soft, pasty-like products can be packed in foil and sealed all around. The unique packaging concept has significant advantages over the classic butter packaging. The packaging machine operates fully automatically. The packaging material is fed from the roll. Cuts are punched from a foil layer and then formed into foil cups into which the product is filled. The package is then closed, sealed and folded so that all flaps fit tightly. From the outfeed conveyor up to 250 packs/min, all nicely formed, with tamper-proof closure, aroma seal and an "easy opening".

For cutting bars into fixed-weight portion

Each cheese is weighed, measured and cut into the desired portion size with precision cutting during the single cut procedure. The ALPMA CUT 32 can be combined with a density scanner for Swiss-type cheese reaching the highest good production values. The fixed weight portions are automatically transported to the packaging machines.

For detecting film shreds and mould

The cheese blocks are automatically transported into the machine. In the first station the surfaces are scanned from 5 sides. In the second station the block is tilted and to scan the bottom. The cheese leaves the machine via the discharge conveyor, next.
