Technological processes in the company can be classified into four main areas:
• Sheet Extrusion and co-extrusion of PS, PP, PET - The company has seven extrusion lines for the production of sheet of PS, PP and PET with a total capacity of 1500 kg / hour.
• thermoforming of sheet materials of PS, PP, PET, OPS, PVC - TEDA-MM offers over 600 varieties of packaging made of PS, PP, PVC and PET. There are 22 thermo- and vacuum forming machines.
• 6-color offset printing on round products - The company has two offset printing machines, up to 6 colors. We can print on round products with a diameter between 65 mm and 115 mm.
• Production of moulds for thermoforming – Our tool shop is equipped with 2 vertical high-precision machining centers with CPU of a very high quality, 2 milling machines, 2 lathes, a drilling machine, circular and flat grinding machines, etc. All this allows us to produce high quality moulds for thermoforming in the shortest period of time.
WE produce our packaging in an ecological way. All new products are designed in a way, which allows them to be produced using the least amount of material. The optimal shape leads to optimization of weight, which reduces the energy consumption for production.
The technological waste is processed 100% and in this way the production process is waste free.
The new building uses the most modern technologies for energy efficiency - insulation panels, natural roof lighting, LED-lighting in the premises. Thus the energy consumption is minimized.
The heat dissipation from the machines and the compressors is being used for heating of the production premises.
