FINESTFOG high-pressure humidifiers guarantee constant, good air humidity for industry and business.
High Pressure Humidification in printing industry Controlling center of a high pressure humidification system High pressure humidification in a air ventilation system
With state-of-the-art technology, FINESTFOG high-pressure humidifiers atomize water as very fine aerosols that are rapidly taken up by the ambient air.
All it takes is water at high pressure. It's a straightforward process. There are no extras, like compressed air or special fans, to cause costs and problems. We offer a range of nozzles for humidifying any sized area, or for installation in an air conditioning system or a humidity chamber.
FINESTFOG high-pressure humidifiers can operate with softened, distilled water, or, in some cases, with mains water if it is soft. The water is first filtered in a high-performance unit with a 5 µ filter insert. A pressure monitor checks intake water pressure.
The high-pressure pump boosts water pressure hydraulically to approx. 80 bar. The control system triggers humidifier operation on the basis of humidity measurement data from sensors.
When humidity drops below the preset level, the magnetic valve for the relevant zone opens and the pressurized water quickly reaches the high-pressure nozzles. The nozzles open and emit the water as fine aerosols.
As soon as the air in the zone reaches the required humidity, the magnetic valve shuts and the nozzles stop operating within a fraction of a second.
