A+F CompactLine is a cycle-controlled packaging machine for low to midsized production volumes. It can be connected to upstream lines with a supply rate of up to 150 products per minute and is therefore an excellent choice for moderate overall production volumes or for starting into fully automated packaging.
The compact configuration covers all packaging steps – from product grouping, blank erection, loading of products into trays and subsequent sealing.
The A+F CompactLine supports grouping of products in one or two rows, single- or multi-layer patterns – you decide! Two
individually-driven pushers and the integrated stacking station bring your products into the desired pattern.
The standardized trayline allows packaging products in trays, shoulder trays, wrap-around cartons and shelf-ready displays. It comprises a height-adjustable magazine matching the blankformats , as well as a format-flexible tray transport. All forming operations are performed against rigid counter formers – guaranteeing the high dimensional accuracy known from A+F. All forming elements are well reachable and easy to set-up. The integrated hotmelt unit and the electrical cabinet are located on the machine frame.
Dedicated format kits allow adaptation of the A+F CompactLine to handle other sizes or packaging formats. Kits can be re-ordered at any time and are easy to install – so that changes can be handled by the operator within minutes and the system can return into production. Standardization is the key to reach short delivery lead time and seamless installation on site. Dedicated format kits, designed to product specifications, provide the necessary level of customization in support of swift commissioning and production ramp-up.
