Due to the use of modern processes, the film properties can be extended through a targeted insertion of extra functional layers and customer- tailored print motives can be implemented.
For the converting of versatile laminate films, we use two different laminating systems. In the process of extrusion lamination, a thermoplastic laminating medium is applied between the layers to be joined or applied as a coating for a surface treatment. For adhesive lamination, however, environmentally friendly, solvent-free adhesive systems are used. With our 8 colour flexographic printing press, we implement high quality print motives in overprints and reverse prints, whereby picture quality images with 48 and 54 grid patterns define our standard. In the process, a web inspection system that is integrated into the printing process serves to ensure the printing quality.
Furthermore, the emerging solvent vapours are conducted to thermal regenerative after-burning, thereby we protect the environment. As the final production step, the customer tailored film packaging is carried out via our slitting units. By using a 100 % web inspection system, we also satisfy the highest quality demands in this area.
