Innovation
Many international standards in the packaging industry originated in the company's research and development laboratories: e.g. the L-Ring Drum, the open head plastic drum, and the first composite IBC pallet made from 100 percent PE recyclate. The focus of today's activities is on the optimization of industrial packaging regarding sustainability, efficiency, and safety throughout the supply chain. In the sense of a circular economy, we have developed the skINliner® barrier technology, which is used in Composite IBCs and combines
excellent product protection with a modular design for easiest recycling and reconditioning. Further innovations are the new IBC for optimized ISO container loading and the SM13 EX UL IBC for highly flammable substances with its outlet valve in the bottom area and innovative fire protection. Besides that, Mauser Packaging Solutions is exclusively distributing the successful Drumguard® Quattro load securing system by Strauch GmbH from Germany on a worldwide basis. This unique product enables customers to form loading units by quickly securing drums on pallets in compliance with domestic and international traffic as well as dangerous goods regulations. For all our development activities we not only focus on partnerships but especially on our in-house development and engineering department.
