Labelling or marking in the friction feeder's exit extension. The feeder separates the blister cards or folding boxes reliably. The labelling machine labels the product in the exit extension as it runs through. The run-out extension is specially designed to allow it to be integrated into the labelling machine with ease. Because of the separated top belt, product can be marked wherever desired without the use of a costly vacuum conveyor. Labelled product is transferred to the scaled run-out conveyor and can then be removed manually. With the realized solution, economic product finishing is possible with ease in offline mode. An ink jet system can also be integrated in place of the labelling machine.
We are experts in the project planning and manufacturing of machine components / applications for the separating, dispensing and feeding of paper and flat products up to 30 mm in thickness. This can include, for instance, brochures, booklets, samples, CDs, ISO cards, greeting cards, sheets of paper, folding box blanks, and many more.
Friction feeders are indispensible in the production and packaging process, for paper handling (letter shops, print shops), in the publishing industry, in the main-order business and for the provision of packaging in various sectors. Moreover, our systems can also be designed for the particular requirements of the food and pharmaceuticals industries.
Our entry-level systems from the JoKer range are based on well-engineered solutions in a compact design. Other key criteria are their ease of use, high levels of reliability, long service life and a well-balanced price/performance ratio. The systems can be adjusted easily, quickly and safely, even by semi-skilled operators.
If you have a particular task in mind, which at first glance does not appear to be solvable using standard systems, we will develop a special solution for your project beyond simple feeding or separation. As part of this, we also factor in subsequent processing steps, such as collation, embossing, printing, labelling, and many more.
