It is a technologically advanced, reliable packaging machine equipped with exclusive accessories, designed to be used in automatic high-production lines or for packaging in a protective atmosphere (P.A.P.).
The machine is able to reach the amazing speed of 1000 packages per minute.
One of JAGUAR’s merits is its ability to keep product quality constant over time, thus ensuring continuity of production.
The machine has been designed with painstaking care and various types of automatic infeed systems and accessories that make future modifications and adaptations for other productions possible are available.
The CLASSIC model, ideal for packaging with longitudinal sealing on the bottom part of the package, is deemed suitable for easy to transport products. The machine can be fitted with sealing heads in the “Super Seal” and “Long Seal” versions in order to achieve improved sealing and better protected packaging.
Made upon request in the TOP SEAL model with longitudinal sealing on the top part of the package, which is considered ideal for hard to transport products.
The P.A.P. model is recommended when packaging in a protective atmosphere is required.
The elimination or drastic reduction of the oxygen present in food packages considerably prolongs the shelf life of products.
When packaging in a “protective atmosphere”, the ambient oxygen (20.95%) is “replaced” with an inert gas inside the package: nitrogen, carbon dioxide or their mixtures. The lower the “residual oxygen” is inside the package, the longer the product’s lifetime will be.
Films that can be used: Bioriented, coated and/or coextruded polypropylene, various laminated films, shrink wrap films, and hot or cold seal films with thicknesses from 20 to 60 μm.
Hot or cold microperforated films, either neutral or with continuous or centred printing.
