Haloila is presenting a fully automatic Octopus 1845S stretch wrapping equipment machine which is designed for high-performance and optimized life cycles. Haloila is also presenting an Automatic Corner Post Device that improves protections of vulnerably corners on pallets. The Octopus is equipped with new integrated Top Sheet Device and a next level S-type film carriage providing power prestretch up to 400% using Haloila’s patented technology. The used stretch film is manufactured by Mima Films and made of 100% virgin resin and it is 100% recyclable.  By new features in HMI and unlimited optimized product specified wrapping programs it’s possible to reduce both film and energy consumption.

Octopus stretch wrapping machines are a reliable and economical solution for wrapping pallet loads. They can accommodate a wide range of pallet load sizes and are versatile enough to handle a variety of applications. The Octopus ring technology is a result of innovative research and development. It combines Haloila’s long experience, the result of delivering thousands of Octopus machines, with an understanding of the varied needs of the customers. The Octopus ring technology is suitable for pallet-loadable products in many branches of industry like food, beverage, pharmaceutical, building materials and chemical.

The Octopus machine is silent in operation and can be easily maintained. The machine is modular in design, allowing for numerous innovative options to help to solve the customers’ specific stretch packaging challenges. Depending on the model, the packaging capacity is up to 200 pallet loads per hour.

Thanks to the structure of Octopus models, standard options are based on the Octopus manufacturing philosophy, modularity. Tailor made machines can be done by using standard, well proven modules like integrated top sheet device, Corner Post Device (CPD) and automatic Reel Change System (RCS).
