Well, for separating sealing lids always need a brace of an embossment. We combine utility with beauty! The totally glazed aluminum lid with restrained embossment is our answer for high requirements about optical characteristic and plasticity-ETIgral®-special lid of Etimark.

Characteristic

The aluminum lid shows at the curb a restrai-ned embossment, which makes a smooth sepa-ration possible. This embossment will be glazed during the sealing process thereby it is nearly invisible. What stays is a totally glazed lid with a brilliant optical characteristic, without any embossment.

An absolutely high quality image is entitled to the smoothest possible surface. But that is not enough. Finding a targeted balance between image and the individual embossing makes it possible to achieve visual effects that make your lids truly uni-que. We have further developed the smooth, edge-embossed aluminium lids to give your product and its packaging a new dimension – the ETIgral3D® lid by Etimark.

Characteristics

In addition to the well-known, visually discreet embossing along the edge, our aluminium lid has individual, partial embossing on the surface. As this is harmonised to suit the image, the result is a three-dimensional, haptically palpable look. The edge embossing is pressed flat and almost disappears during the sealing process. What remains is a smooth lid highlighting the important parts which become visually unmista-keable and a definite benefit at the POS.

Our adhesive and self-adhesive labels, printed on rolls with up to 8 colours, stand out with their luxurious appearance. As they are manufactured with the most modern and versatile materials and adhesives, our products can be used in countless areas of application.

We manufacture punched lids/boards made of aluminium, PET or other single-foil materials. These products are available in different thickness, in standard or special formats.  We offer the suitable sealing for cups and boxes made of aluminium, PE, PP, etc. for the milk, food, and animal food industry.
