Clip foils and flexible cans

The content of the clip foil can be sterilised and has a shelf life of up to two years. The foil is highly pressure resistant and is suited to a wide variety of applications.

Uses: foodstuffs in paste form, technical products (silicon)

Composites for cushion packaging

Cushion packaging offers mechanical content protection and helps keep products fresher longer. This type of packaging is mainly used for products which need to be stored away from direct sunlight and for odour-free packaging and where the contents can easily be damaged.

Magazine sachets

Magazine sachets and pullout product brochures for magazines are extremely stable and highly resistant to chemical influences. They are easy to open thanks to the laser perforation and can be printed to a high quality. Magazine sachets from PAWAG® are the ideal packaging solution for high value product samples. They can withstand pressures of up to 30 kN and protect against packaging contamination and other external factors. The laser perforation makes using the samples child’s play - opening the sachet is smooth and effortless. The packaging can also be printed with top quality results. The surface can be given a variety of exclusive finishes and the packaging is resistant to chemicals.

Multibags (patented)

A range of reclosable Multibags, some of them patented, are available for foodstuffs, chemical products and pet foods:

• with opening on side
• with opening on uppermost edge or
• opening on front edge and
• valve for improved air circulation
• packaging capacity up to 25 kg.

Uses: foodstuffs, pet food, chemicals, pesticides and fertilisers, bulk goods

Multibag - Easy Flap (patented)
PAWAG® Multibags are available with a practical reclosable pouring flap. Located on the side of the pack, the Easy Flap can easily be folded out for spill-free, accurate pouring.

Multibag - Front Zipper
PAWAG® multibags are available with a Front Zipper, an airtight zip seal on the front for easy resealing.

Multibag - Top Slider
PAWAG® Multibags are available with a practical air-tight slide seal along the uppermost edge. Using the Top Slider helps food keep fresh longer and prevents unsavoury odours from spreading.

Multibag - Micro Valve
PAWAG® Multibags come with an approx. 35 mbar Micro Valve, to ensure that air can circulate. This virtually invisible incision prevents products from forming lumps, and ensures it stays fresh right up until the best before date.

Reclosable lid foils

The reclosable lid foils are a PAWAG® speciality. These practical products are used for a range of food packaging, such as cheese. The foil lid can be resealed after use to protect the product and ensure that it stays fresher for longer. The reclosable foil lid from PAWAG® is the ideal packaging solution for quality product presentation. It keeps your high value content fresher for longer and is odour and taste neutral.

PAWAG® foil lids can be opened and closed numerous times. They are suitable for use on various pull tab lids. The adhesive is integrated into the foil. Thanks to its modular construction the reclosable PAWAG® foil lid is a value-for-money packaging system - different barriers can be produced on the same machine without the need for refits. The reclosable lid foils score highly with excellent quality of product presentation and ease of use.
