Since 2003, the Di Mauro family has invested 77 million euros in the construction of a new production site for producing flexible packaging. Surrounded by greenery, the plant is spread over 36 thousand square meters, of which 16 thousand are covered, and it employs 210 people, with a turnover of more than 60 million euros.
An automatic galvanic engraving line is installed in the company, along with 4 rotogravure printing machines, 3 lamination machines, duplicators and tripling machines, an extruder and 7 cutters, two of which are equipped with a laser cutter that cuts in both directions and does cross-web cuts.
A software system manages cylinder movement.
Laser-driven carts transfer semi-finished products to the plant.
The latest generation of robots unload the finished products from the cutting department and transfer them to the warehouse on staging pallets.
