Since 1973 CASONE SPA, trades and manufactures more than 90 different buckets for containing foodstuff, chemicals, pharmaceutical products, comsetics, and hospital waste.
The containers go from 0,125 up to 60 litres and are available in conical, in cylindrical, in rectangular and oval shape.
They are strong, stackable in more rows, and handled in difficult conditions (long transportation, high temperature).
They guarantee excellent performance during stacking and have a considerable dimensional stability.
Most of them are UN approved for the transport of dangerous goods.
Casone Spa is provided with in-mould- labelling printing technique, so that buckets can be customised following custumers' needs. The label can create a „barrier effect“ thanks to an EVOH or ALLUMINIUM layer which protect the products packed, from oxygen, UV rays, aromas dispersion. Lids close thanks to a pressure system and they dispose of a guarantee seal and other accessories (like pouring spout, gasket …) to satisfy customers‘ need.
For reducying the environmental impact, Casone also carries pails made from regenerated materials and post-consumer waste, recovering used materials.
The company has always been searching for innovative solutions, which have been then rewarded by the European “EUROSTAR” and two Italian Oscars for Packaging.
Casone has always made choices with QUALITY in mind:
•deciding to adopt , already back in 1999, a Management Quality System, pursuant to the ISO 9001 regulation and achieving this year the ISO 9001:2015;
•Implementing production and logistic contexts according to Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP 2023/2006 regulation) to ensure hygienic and technologic integrity of the containers
Its 45 years experience enables Casone Spa to launch new customized products for specific customers‘ requirement with the help of external partners, who are steadily under Casone supervision.
We offer products for the key topic 2019.
