The Austrian company TecSense, is the innovative supplier of optical and opto-chemical sensor systems for industrial, food industry, welding, safety, and modified atmospheric applications. The company focuses on providing devices which measure oxygen in liquids and gases, as well as CO2.
TecSense's research and development efforts in the field of optical sensor technologies has led to a family of innovative products for monitoring in overall processes, packaging and pierceable containers.
TecSense is managed by Dr. Johannes Krottmaier and Dr. Volker Ribitsch.
The Managing Director Dr. Krottmaier (CEO) has vast expertise in business management and overall product development. He was most recently responsible for the Mercedes G division of Magna International. He contributes the appropriate know-how for management, manufacturing and commercial processes.
Dr. Ribitsch (CTO) is responsible for R&D; he was involved in the technology transfer of research results into industrial products and contributes the technical and project-related know-how. He has extensive experience in general measurement technology for industrial applications and expertise in optical and opto-chemical sensor technology.
TecSense GmbH concentrates on the essential steps such as development, design, assembly and quality assurance of the overall sensor systems. The electronic and mechanical manufacturing is outsourced to specialized companies in Europe.
