Hamer-blisterpackmachines are modular designed. They produce these types of blisters automatically:

With the modular design it is possible to integrate different additional functions:

We offer also special customized machines.

HAMER presents on the Fachpack 2015 a new blisterpackmachine for medical applications. The machine is very short designed and equippped for production in a cleanroom.

The HM30 is designed to produce hard-plastic-blisters with highest quality from PET-film until 1.000µ and Polycarbonat-film.

The sealingfilm can be printed online. The sealing-prozess is permanent controlled by the program.

the FreeFORM Workstation WS 525 is a semiautomatic working blisterpackmachine, to form, fill and seal blisters from sheets. The machine is used for small- and middle-sized series. It saves space in the cleanroom and is in competition with machines, which seal preformed and filled blisters. the advantages of the Workstations 525 is, that the blisters can be produced on demand, no big sized preformed-blister-bags have to be transported into the cleanroom and the quality of the blisters is excellent. All processes are digital controlled, the machine can be used in the cleanroom.

We offer 2 forming-table-sizes: 525x325mm and 725 x 425 mm

We offer a wide range of thermoforming-machines for the production of blisters, trays, foodtrays, technical trays, clamshells a.s.o..

Simple machines up to full equipped servo-driven machines, customized if required with our modular design. Existing forming- and cutting-tools can be adapted.

The machines TVP64 and TVP67 has these specialities:

- fix infrared-heating-system

- servodrive for the chain-transport, forming-tables, cutting-tables and stacker

- upper and lower forming-table motorized adaptable to the tool-height

- modular design for integration of additional functions

- max. forming-depth to up and down with 140mm.

The stacking-station of all HAMER-machines is a special unit. Without big tool-costs we can stack easily clamshells, round products, very small products, products from very thin film.
