Developed and manufactured by DRECKSHAGE, the Economic Roll^® features unusual stiffness and roundness thanks to its design and geometry at an attractive cost/performance ratio.
The geometry with reinforced inner ring allows for the direct installation of the bearing. Thanks to this design advantage, the Economic Roll® can be manufactured quickly and cost-effectively. Moreover, it impresses with its outstanding surface and low weight.

FDA-approved components are unavoidable, especially when manufacturing products for the food industry. DRECKSHAGE now supplies a solution for the use of expander rollers in FDA applications. The proven FDA-approved EcoStretchRoll-ST expander roller is used here.
DRECKSHAGE has already successfully supplied this proven expander roller technology made of EPDM or silicone to customers in the film, fleece, textile and paper processing industries.
A further benefit of the EcoStretchRoll-ST is that the individual spreading elements can be shaped. Their rounded surfaces allow the creation of very gentle, marking-free and effective spreading.

Weighing just 0.5 grams, the individual spreading elements of the EcoStretchRoll can be easily spread to accommodate the various material rolls and can even spread films and fleece materials < 5 μm without damaging the surface of the medium.
