The Heidler freight cost management system supports you with all all freight billing processes. The system reproduces different billing variants and freight conditios for all transport modalities. The required transparency for avoiding error or double billing as well as charging of unjustified additional costs is provided therefore. By the automated control of freight costs deficits can be detected, costs can be reduced, and processes be improved.

In addition, we offer you the possibility to determine your ideal/favourable shipping method by means of your shipping data with the help of the included Heidler rate structure. Measuring pallets, packages and other transport objects uncomplicatedly with PalletCube, ProductCube, CartonCube,  LightGridCube and MobileCube.

Height, width and length of a loaded pallet even with bulges can be calculated and transmitted within 2 seconds in the measuring range (e.g., with a foreklift). The accuracy of the measurement can be limited up to 1.5 cm deviation by the three ToF cameras with PalletCube. Simultaneously during measurement 3 photos of all sides of the pallet can be taken and archived.

Besides the volume measurement even the weight of objects can determined and the data can be integrated in the logistic process. Simultaneously a photo of the package can be taken and archived during volume and weight measurements.

There are two models of the ProductCube:

ProductCube LightGrid with its semi-automatic detection collects all data within seconds. Two pairs of high-precision light grids provide an exact non-contact parameterization of any object.

ProductCube ToF Camera determines weight and volume data automatically with its ToF Infrared cameras after requesting the item number.

The CartonCube  is a low cost option for the volume and weight control of packages. Dimension recording - with the scan of three Barcode rulers ( L , W , H ) or with laser sensors,  of cuboid cartons and the weight.

The LightGridCube is measuring the dimensions in a flow. Also the weight of packages can be measured.

Bulky transport goods can be measured by the MobileTape solution (max. 9x3x3m).

The Heidler Carrier API enables the activation of freight carrier web services for the determination of label information and the feedback of complete freight carrier labels.

By a standardized REST web service interface the API can be activated flexibly from the HVS32

or a customer system and it can therefore be easily integrated in individual processes. The modular structure of the Heidler Carrier API by various FF plugins enables the feedback of labels and label information of freight carriers with own web service functionality.
