Baling press for compression of cardboard, paper, textiles and various plastics (film)

This robust and highly efficient vertical baling press is constructed to produce dense and heavy bale weights. The baler is designed to cover minimal floor space and the sliding door additionally ensures economical usage of area.

The loading door automatically opens after each press cycle and is therefore always ready for filling. The system is equipped with a display, which prevents operator errors. Bale weights of between 300 - 600 kg are achieved, which are ejected automatically onto a pallet using a hydraulic ejection system.

The big advantage of this automatic baling press is the continuous filling which is controlled by light sensors. A perfectly designed press-ram guide in combination with two specially shaped cutting units provide a troublefree continuous operation. A further advantage is the automatic, pressure-controlled channel adjustment on three sides. The hydraulic unit is equipped with a self-regulating, noiseless axial piston pump. This guarantees a maximum press speed together with low energy consumption.

This particularly robust binding device guarantees reliable tying of the highly compressed bale.
