For example: The Fuji Pre-Vac concept for bakery products unter MAP

In-line vacuum chamber system evacuates the products on 3 levels (for instance fresh pizza) and thereafter flushes with gas (CO2). With this 3 level concept product feeding and discharge are independent of each other.

In combination with the patented FUJI "attachless" infeed system the products run under MAP WITHOUT STOP on the shortest way into the FUJI flow wrapper.

The importance of centrally wrapped products increases and determines everyday life of the big retailers, who expects a flexible solution from their suppliers. On top the shelf-life and freshness should characterize the new pack.

Today FUJI's PRE-PACK concept stands for „low-cost“ investments in flexible slicer lines. In addition we develop consumer friendly packs with the well-known RESEAL-IT recloseable concept. Automation from the slicer and working with different tray spending solutions show our competence in pre-packing. The quick change-over time of the FUJI flow wrapper supports small production lots for the retailers.

A wafer-thin, sensitive piece of mint chocolate is to be wrapped with high speed, long side leading. The shortest possible cut-off length is the key to the success of this product. FUJI's exact control of cut pitch guarantees an extreme short and one side open pack.

Only in this way the consumer is able to take out the small chocolate piece. With the help of the FUJI heat pipe system (NASA patent) the high quality paper film is "hot" sealed with high capacity. The FUJI high speed infeed system with low line pressure tranfers the chocolate pieces into the FUJI wrapper, which controls all machine functions after the motion control principle. The easy communication with the up and down stream equipment enables the perfect integration of the wrapping lines.
