All fibre drums are packaging containers consisting of one material - kraftliner. We produce them round and square. Square drums are the innovative solution for transport and storage, and quite obviously offer logistical benefits. The all fibre drums consist of multiple plies of kraftliner, and are robust and easy to handle. The rigid lid with or without punched grip holes is slipped over the reduced top area to present an unbroken outer surface.

Whether for chemicals, pharmaceuticals, foodstuffs, agricultural agents, metalworking resources, or dyes, fibre drums are ideal for a sheer unlimited range of applications. Fibre drums are an eco friendly alternative to metal or plastic barrels, their materials can be recycled, and their low weights cut transport costs. The drums can withstand extrem loads, they are easy to stack, store and transport and they retain their shape.

Edge protectors and flat profiles

Protection during transport and storage

For the transport and storage of sensitive goods we manufacture edge protectors and flatprofiles. They are a simple means of protecting corners, edges or straight surfaces. They can be quickly and easily fastened with straps, double-sided sticky tape or hot-melt adhesive applied to the goods to be transported.

By using coloured or printed outer webs the protectors and profiles can also be used effectively as an advertising surface. For special applications they can also be covered with plastic, aluminium or foam plastic.

Design variants

As well as natural colours (natural unbleached brown, white and black) the outer paper webs of the edge protectors and profiles can be variously coloured or repeat-printed in up to eight colours. Moreover, lamination with plastic, aluminium or foam plastic is also available.

Shipping tubes and tubes. Hard paper tubes to be used for the most diverse purpose have been produced at Rositz for 25 years now. It all began with spiral-wound core tubes for the wire and fine-sheet metal industry. In the course of the following years we developed this line of business further. Shipping tubes, rings, shelf tubes, display tubes and construction tubes completed the product portfolio. Production facilities were also expanded to include parallel-wound heavy-duty tubes. Since 2003, as well as conventional tubes with cylindrical cross-section, we have also been marketing square and rectangular tubes. For the transport and storage of sensitive goods we manufacture edge protectors and flat profiles.
