In addition to powerful tube bag machines we also offer a vast range of accessories. These also include volumetric dosing systems.

The INNO-TECH screw feeders are used for precise dosing of a great number of powdery and fine granulated materials. The motor-driven screw drive and the separately driven agitator in the dosing funnel guarantee a very high weight accuracy.

A two-piece dosing funnel made of acrylic glass ensures an easy and quick cleaning of the screw feeder. This enables access to the dosing device's 'innards' in no time.

Depending on the tube bag machine, the screw feeder features an autarkic SPS control system with a separate display or it is integrated in the control system of the tube bag machine (models with B&R industrial PC control system).

In addition to the screw feeder we also offer volumetric cup filling devices, horizontal screw feeders and belt dosing apparatuses.

Revo - High-End Intermittant Motion Bagmaker

• Can be used for all types of common vffs-bags as well as for special designs
• Low wear & tear sealing systems (heatseal, constant heat or impulse welding, ultra-sonic sealing as option)
• Securely sealed bags because of high mechanical jaw pressure (servo-actuated lever drive); opening width of cross jaws variable (can be stored under the product code) as well as cross-jaw pressure (pressure setting can also be stored – as option)
• Industrial PC-control (B&R) with colour touch-screen; including 100 product code settings (up to 1000 as option), various operator access levels (password protected), slot for memory card (to safe data), ethernet interface and remote service software (as option); all Revo-models can also be equipped with a Siemens PLC-control (S7) as alternative
• Automatic film tracking
• Vacuum supported film transport (option)
• No painted parts on the machine; easy to clean and access (full stainless steel option also available)

REVO "IQ" - the basic model
