The Blister Machine KBS-PL with linear pallet transport stands for the productive packaging of large batches of the same or similar products, and the reliable processing of all standard, rigid forming materials. Characteristic of the machine is the large format and sealing area – suitable, for example, for large format, standup blisters or hanging blisters with a standard hanger hole – as well as the pallet section, which can be served manually or by a KOCH robot handling system. The user-friendly,
clear-cut design allows full control of the packaging process at all times.

The highlight of the presentation in Nuremberg will be K 4.0 Smart Products, the innovative solution for the productive packaging of individualized blisters up to batch size 1. This is based on an integrated printing system OMEGA Pro from Atlantic Zeiser integrated in the exhibited machine KBS-PL. The system combines the flexibility of digital printing with the productivity of offset printing. Due to high resolution, even the finest picture details and small font sizes can be displayed optimally. This creates new possibilities for personalization, coding and serialization of products for a cost-optimized production of small lot sizes up to a quantity of 1. On demand, without storage of pre-printed materials. How quickly and precisely the individualization process with K 4.0 Smart Products works, will be demonstrated by the example of personal giveaways.
