EXPRESSO's hand truck concept is probably unique. It is based on an ingenious modular system, from which customized hand trucks can be manufactured for every conceivable transport task. In this way, more than 3000 different hand truck versions are available practically off the shelf. What's more, a wide range of accessories enables every basic hand truck to be converted into an application-specific and product-optimized logistic specialist.

And with a concave rear plate, even drums, buckets, and other cylindrical goods have a secure hold.

The BalanceLift enables a single person to lift, move and position components and containers weighing up to 300 kg without physical effort. Based on this extremely versatile pneumatic system, countless handling operations in a company's material flow can be greatly simplified, accelerated, and be organized more efficiently. Simultaneously, the BalanceLift improves workplace ergonomy, and increases the safety of load handling operations.

When designing this flexible system solution, EXPRESSO's development engineers took all aspects of modern intralogistics into account. A BalanceLift always consists of a pneumatic module, a control unit, and a load gripping / manipulating attachment. The decisive advantage hereby: All three components can be adapted precisely to the individual handling task and the operational surroundings. The pneumatic module comes in a compact mini version (1 pressure chamber) and a powerful two-chamber version with load capacities from 25 up to 300 kg.

Simple handling, high flexibility

Regarding the control unit, the user can choose between a pre-adjustable balancer control for convenient handling of identical loads without the need for operating keys, or the Vario control unit with up/down keys for handling loads with different weights. Which load gripping or manipulating attachment is fitted to the BalanceLift is determined exclusively by the nature of the load. Whether a cast steel machine component, storage container, carton, parcel, canister, bulk goods bag, crate, decanting vessel or drum – EXPRESSO's modular system and high manufacturing competence offer every possibility for customer-specific adaptations.
