The flexible and economic inline labelling machine wetLAN 110 equips cylindrical, conical, conical oval and rectangular containers with patch and wraparound labels with a capacity of upto 24.000 labellings/h. Even shaped labels, tamper evident strips to the closure of the containers, mulit-layer and lug enclosing labels can be applied on this machine series. Thus utmost flexibility is granted.
All containers are controlled via sensors during the container passage. Optionally the machine can be equipped a line control. Errors are therefore eliminated and additional check-ups by the operating personnel are minimized
Different label magazines are adjusted to the requirements of the application. For the lower capacities the proven oscillating magazine is used; for high-speed range Langguth applies stationary magazines with vacuum suction bars. The label magazines can be re-filled during production; loss caused by machine standstill does not occur. Both magazines are steplessly adjustable in regard to label size and glueing height. Change-over times are minimized by the considerable storing capacity (approx. 2.500 – 5.000 labels).
Favourable initial costs and low prices for size parts guarantee an economic use of the machine series.
The newly developed self-adhesive labeling machine selfLAN 510 meets the requirements of the market for new and attractive packaging.
It is the compact and high-performance linear labeller selfLAN 510 for application of self-adhesive labels onto containers with widely differing sizes and forms which is easy to integrate into existing production lines. This series can be retrofitted up to fully automatic change-over and therefore guarantees the highest possible flexibility.
The machines are already used in the paint and varnish industry as well as in the field of food and beverage industry, chemistry and pharmaceutical industry for all small and large containers customary in trade. Even midget containers of unusual shape are labelled with high precision. This exactness is achieved by the new unwinding and tensioning device which uncouples the inert mass of the label roll completely. The roll paper is therefore kept under same tension all the time.
A further advantage of the machine is the low start-up and holding time. The label position can exactly be adjusted via the control unit located directly at the dispenser. Using this direct inquiry the time expenditure is reduced considerably.
