basicline is a high-quality Euro norm series for the food and non-food sector. On account of the diversity of variants, the light, yet very stable containers made of PP-C (polypropylene copolymer) are perfectly suited to almost every application. As such, it is possible to combine various bases as required, including closed or perforated side walls, closed or open handgrips and suitable accessories.

The new containers in the basicline plus series with basic dimensions of 800 x 600 mm offer room for transporting and storing large goods of all kinds. The robust large containers are available in five different heights for various applications. 

Their great range of variants makes the containers ideal for use in warehouses, intralogistics and modern production logistics. Depending on the requirements, the large containers are available with various types of base. They can be equipped with diverse extras such as dividers, water drainage holes, a removal opening or a removal flap. For efficient  production logistics, the large containers can optionally be delivered with runners, wheels or feet and are easily transportable with a pallet truck or forklift. With the help of the wheels, the containers can additionally also be moved by hand.

Foldable boxes make returns easy and cost-saving in return-refill systems.bekuplast offers special foldable boxes for the food and non-food sector. The boxes can be folded and unfolded in a flash. The folding mechanism ensures optimal stability and safety for these reusable transport containers. The extensive reduction in volume ensures that the boxes can be transported back in a space-saving and money-saving manner.

Our robust silverline containers with reinforced, customised bottoms suit the requirements of today’s storage and transport logistics down to a T. They are ideal for use in conveyor technologies, roller track systems and live storage racks.

All silverline containers feature integrated label holders on the container’s long and front side, respectively. The ergonomic handle design – either closed or open handgrip – allows for precise handling, both manually and in automated systems. The silverline range also includes special inserts and partitions. The silverline range of containers is complemented by an extensive range of lids.

The new varioPallet is a true all-rounder. With a deck in an openwork and closed design, this plastic pallet is optimally suited for both the food and the non-food sector.
 
With a number of additional features, the varioPallet can be adapted to special logistical requirements, e.g. intralogistics, industry, food logistics or trade. As such, the pallet is optionally available with a safety edge in various designs, a steel reinforcement for heavy loads or an anti-slip stoppers.

Thanks to innovative tooling technology, the new varioPallet sets new standards in terms of hygiene and stability. For maximum rigidity, the pallet can be equipped with a steel reinforcement and welded runners. When placed as intended, the pallet does not create any opening. This means that there isn’t a chance for dirt or water to collect. This makes the varioPallet particularly easy to clean and meets the highest hygienic standards.
