Isiplast S.p.A containers are suitable for the most different filling requirements and uses, according to functionality and safety criteria. Most of them can be decorated with IML labels that allow to reproduce good definition images.
The story of Isi Plast dates as to 1958, when its founder, Mr. Riccardo Melli, was the first in Italy who started manufacturing plastic containers. His marked entrepreneurial spirit and the determination showed repeatedly allowed the company to grow in time from a small firm to an important industrial group.
Isi Plast has always believed that using exclusively first quality plastic material is paramount. Together with research aimed at ensuring the correct structure of containers and the use of technologically advanced equipment, this allowed Isi Plast to supply first quality products to its customers.
The constant search for quality, the reliability of services and the professional status of all the workers of this large group have contributed to the success of the company. This success is reflected by the increase in the production activities, which to date exceeds 100,000,000 containers sold annually totalling a turnover of over 40,000,000 euro, and by the extension of the work area, now covering 100,000 sq.m., of which 26,000 roofed. At the beginning of 2007the latest roofed area was opened, covering 7,000 sq.m.
October 2010 saw a start to work restructuring the production pole. The company’s objective is not to block productivity; hence an ambitious, complex project is being studied: to encompass the existing warehouse into a new, more modern structure, only later demolishing the old structure. After painstaking, carefully-calculated works to prepare the old structure to welcome the new, in summer 2011 the new production plant was opened together with new silos to store raw materials.
Based on the experience achieved over the last 50 years and thanks to the professional skills implemented every day, Isi Plast aims at starting collaboration projects with marketing offices and firms to search and develop new articles, also completely alien to its product range, to embrace a number of forms and sectors, albeit always developed ad hoc for the product type they shall contain.
