Biofilms are made of 100% compostable material and predominantly of renewable raw materials.
The film finds its use in the biowaste collection, as a separation of garbage bags and biowaste is obsolete. The bag is completely biodegradable, rots together with the organic waste and can later be used as a valuable fertilizer for plants. Biofoils can also be used as packaging for fruits and vegetables, as they contain no food-hazardous substances.
The product can be made as a bag, blank or tube, as well as transparent, colored and individually printed.
Compostable bubble wrap is not only an ideal protection for sensitive goods, but is made of a starch-based material and biodegradable.
The film is available in a wide variety of qualities, thicknesses and layers.
