Arodo fully designs and produces palletising machines. Because of this, Arodo is able to meet customer-specific requirements and thus offers a suitable solution to any palletising wishes. Naturally, to save expenses, as many of our tried and tested techniques are used. The assortment of Arodo palletisers consists of four types: the DS, the GR, the GRS and the robot palletiser. After analysis of the customer’s situation, one of these types is suggested in consultation.
The DS palletiser slides the bags in a desired pattern on the lay table. By opening the lay table, a complete layer of bags always ends up on the constantly dropping pallet until loading height has been reached.

Operation of the palletiser can be programmed according to your wishes. Stacking pattern, pallet measurements, as well as pressing force and loaded pallet height can be filed in the machine’s memory per bag size. As the build-up is always modular we can place a palletiser in almost each space.
The GR palletiser combines the functions of a conventional palletiser with those of a robot. Via a roller conveyor the bottom pallet is transported from the empty pallet magazine to the loading position in the palletiser. The stack of empty pallets is lifted with a fork-lift mechanism so the pallet to be moved is prevented from getting stuck. The bags are put onto the pallet layer per layer. A rotating gripper picks up the bag and lets it drop from a limited height onto the right place on the lay table while also being correctly oriented. This also enables the processing of poorly filled bags or even unstable bags and also offers the possibility of stacking the bags overlapping. This makes this palletiser extremely flexible with regard to bag and pallet sizes. After forming a complete layer, the lay table opens and the layer ends up on the pallet that was taken to just under the lay table by the pallet lift. When opening, the layer is pressed down sideways to obtain a neatly stacked pallet. In order to smooth the top of each layer, each layer is pressed down against the underside of the lay tables. This creates an extremely stable pallet because the air is also pressed out of the bags. When the required loading height has been reached, the pallet is transported with a roll-out track.
Pallets can be stacked with a capacity of up to 1,200 bags/hour. Operating enables the palletiser to be programmed freely with the possibility of filing pallet dimension, pressing force and loading height per bag size. As the build-up is always modular we can place a palletiser in almost each space.
A robot palletiser consists of an acquired robot with a self-developed gripper or suction button. It picks up the bag and places it directly on the pallet in the desired pattern. The robot takes a pallet and puts it on the ground or on a table. It then starts stacking. It can also take a sheet of paper or plastic and place it on the pallet or stack.
The robot is operated via customer-specific Arodo operational software that guarantees easy operation. We recommend using a robot when products need to be picked up from several points and/or several different products need to be stacked on various pallets at the same time. For instance, other products such as boxes and buckets can also be stacked on the same line.
