Awarded a Bronze Indian at the POPAI D-A-CH awards ceremony
The THIMM lectern display is a real eye catcher in bookshops
Developed for one of Germany’s largest publishing groups, the THIMM lectern display was awarded a Bronze Indian award at this year’s POPAI D-A-CH Awards. Designed as a reading desk, the display is used for campaign positioning purposes in bookshops.
The remit was to develop a display that presented both the book's title and the goods themselves in a proactive manner. The top panel designed as an open book made of corrugated cardboard ensures the lectern display has a positive long distance effect, with its shape and colour having been based on the historical genre of the novel. Therefore the product is a real eye-catcher in bookshops appealing directly to customers. Through its compact and square shape and its sophisticated inner workings, the lectern display can support a very high load capacity and at the same time enables the optimum presentation of the products. It can hold up to 26 books.
The non-profit organisation POPAI (Point of Purchase Advertising International) has set up global marketing competitions for over 50 years and awards the best work Gold, Silver and Bronze Indians.
You can view the THIMM lectern display at FachPack in hall 7A on stand 248/348.
