Synerlink Services: Synerlink S.A. provides a full range of services to guarantee top performance of your complete packaging lines.
As of April 2016, Puiseux-Pontoise-based Arcil S.A. is now Synerlink S.A., with a vision to bring complementary skills together in the areas of integrated packaging lines and equipment. The Arcil brand name will continue to be used for the company's FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) lines.
Supporting our customers
The mission of the Synerlink Services team is to utilize all human, technical, and logistical resources available to support its customers day by day in the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of its Synerlink equipment: FFS machines by Arcil, Dinieper, and Dairypack, Dosil filling stations, and Aprium end-of-line robotic solutions.
Technical support as close to users as possible
Synerlink technicians are located as close as possible to the customers they support. Our Field Service team currently operates in France, the United States, Brazil, and China.
The team consists of experienced technicians of a dozen or so different nationalities capable of communicating with the customer's machine operators in their native language.
They may be called upon to handle repairs or maintenance work, or to safeguard production at critical times.
Equipment adapted to market conditions
An eight-person team is devoted entirely to making adjustments and revisions to Arcil machines, offering both technology upgrades and customizations to increase production volumes. Our aim is to cater to the needs of Synerlink customers, who must constant adapt to their market, whether it be changing the sizes of their cups, adding new designs, or using other materials (such as PLA).
They can also install a filling station in order to launch a new product, or add end-of-line equipment.
Optimize packaging line performance
Synerlink Services offers customers audits of their complete packaging lines to ensure optimum performance. Service plans can then be tailored for each machine, with annual service contracts to cover preventive maintenance work and any other desired services (e.g., training, production support).
Faster and easier procurement of spare parts
The new Synerlink Services structure allows locally-based teams in France, the United States, Brazil, and China to independently manage their own spare parts inventories and billing. Synerlink wants to enable its customers to procure parts faster, reduce their own spare parts inventory, be billed in their local currency, and avoid the potential heavy red tape to clear goods through customs.
"Synerlink Services" has also developed kits that contain the consistent sets of parts needed to perform preventive maintenance. Available for sale, these kits simplify maintenance work and reduce equipment repair time.
