Palletizing Solutions for High Demands
The LR03 Linear Robot is a flexible palletizer for palletizing almost all products in the consumer industry – such as bundles, boxes, bags, standard cases, bakery baskets and packs. Ideally suited for situations with low ceilings and limited space the LR03 perfectly rounds up our product line of palletizing solutions. This robot sets standards with a load capacity of up to 500 kg and a possible palletizing height of up to 2800 mm.
We use high quality linear guidance systems for the X, Y and Z axes as well as for the gripper placement. The LR03 can be combined with suction, clamp and fork grippers for single and multiple picks and can handle any type of intermediate sheets and empty pallets. In addition layer grippers can grasp complete pallet layers in one pick. The clear design of the color touch-panel makes for easy operation. With the optional MultiPack-Software designing new patterns is done in a matter of minutes.
The Linear Robot LR03 is an economic alternative to conventional articulated robots and moves within a clearly defined working area from left to right and top to bottom ensuring easy operation. The drop prevention safety unit is just one of its safety features. No support foundations are required and the machine can be moved flexibly and economically. The LR03 is a high-quality unit defined by its compact, modular and maintenance friendly design in addition to its minimum space requirements. It can be adapted dimensionwise to a given area and also upgraded with a minimum of effort or disruption of production. Customers can install different grippers or, thanks to the open controls concept, set up additional palletizing programs (pallet stacking patterns) at any time. The use of standard market components makes for a cost-effective spare parts supply. The LR03 servo drive units save costs as well by converting braking energy into electrical current, not into heat. This results in a power consumption of 1.0 to 1.5 kW/h for each LR03 in normal use – a valuable environmental aspect.
