In terms of end packaging the highest of demands are placed on the machine; flexibility, product variety, smallest footprint plus many more. With our end load case packing machines we adapt to these demands quickly and efficiently. We also understand special solutions for extraordinary packages.
Economic blank concepts provide considerable savings in material expenditures, an advantage for you! Thereby the possibilities of designing your package are versatile.
Product grouping, box erecting, filling, closing, these steps are united in our end load case packing machines. Different product grouping systems provide the necessary flexibility for today’s product variety. Due to their modular design they can be easily integrated in our different end load case packing systems:
tray packer produce a tray package, mostly with display function, from a flat blank. This tray can also be suitable for transportation. Thereby the products are grouped, either loaded from the side into the tray (sideloader) or placed from above (toploader). Then the tray is often shrinked in foil.
box packer erect a box with hinged lid, mostly with display function, from a flat blank. Thereby the products are grouped, either loaded from the side into the laterally opened side (sideloader) or placed from above (toploader). Then the lid is closed.
wrap-around packer produce a finished package from a flat blank, possibly also with display function. Thereby the products are grouped, either pushed on the flat blank or placed from above. Then the blank is wrapped around the products by means of a forming tool and the package is finally closed.
case packer produce a finished case out of a pre-glued carton blank, which is suitable for transportation (mostly out of corrugated board). Here the products are either loaded from the side (sideloader), from below (bottom loader) or from above (toploader). Then the case is closed with hotmelt or tape. Case packer for boxes process pre-glued carton boxes out of cardboard, which are mostly the primary packaging for a product.
display packer firstly produce a display tray from a flat blank. The products are grouped, either loaded in the tray from the side (sideloader) or from above (toploader). Then the tray is covered with a separate lid, which is either glued or placed.
